Bordui, BG President and Founder, initiated a project called The Voice of the Customer. Through this independent research effort, we were able to reach out to our previous and current clients to evaluate their experience with Balanced Growth and identify ways to improve the services we provide. Through a series of personal interviews and electronic surveys we set out to gather feedback.
