2017 marks a significant milestone in Jason Bordui’s career.  This year, Jason, Founder and President of Balanced Growth Consulting, celebrates his 25th year of transforming the way people and companies do business. On this Silver anniversary, Jason reflects back on his beginnings.

“I started in consulting as way to learn about many industries and functional areas.  Over the past 25 years, this journey has allowed us to create value for some of the world’s largest corporations such as Allianz, Aon, Baker Hughes, Chubb, Prudential, and State Street.  It has allowed us to participate in the transformation of companies such as Security Benefit and Kemper.  It has allowed us to serve leading associations and their missions such as the American Academy of Pediatrics and the American Dental Association.  It has allowed us to participate in the formation of new companies like se2 and the creation of digital properties like HealthyChildren.org.  And today, it allows us to continue to do the work we love with people we greatly respect and admire, at current clients such as American Enterprise Group and Modern Woodmen of America.”

Jason has served dozens of clients and has earned a positive reference from 100% of them. His clients have earned numerous awards including Insurance & Technology Elite 8, Top 5 IT Innovation, and Innovation of the Year. Jason has served clients in numerous sectors including Healthcare, Financial Services, Insurance, Business & Technology Services, and Associations/Non-profits.

Prior to starting Balanced Growth Consulting in 2006, Jason was a Managing Director at Keane, Inc. (now NTT Data) and a Senior Vice President at Keane Consulting Group.
