Balanced Growth held it’s first Virtual Executive Roundtable on May 8, 2020. Senior executives from the Insurance and Financial Services industries met to discuss the COVID-19 crisis and to cast vision for the “new normal” that is emerging. The BG Virtual Roundtable included senior executives from American Enterprise Group, American Enterprise Ventures,  Catholic Financial Life, Catholic United Financial, GBU Financial Life, Modern Woodmen of America, Options Clearing Corporation and RGAX.

As our flagship event, the BG Executive Roundtable strives to create an experience that is engaging and insightful by connecting leaders in a small group setting. “In response to the current COVID-19 crisis, we decided to connect this tremendous group of leaders for the first time virtually. We discussed how our core clients have innovated by necessity and moved more than 90% of their workforces to virtual models. In some cases, these remote processing models have actually been more productive than traditional models. We also shared strategies for how to think about the future from human, health, economic, operational, and technological perspectives. It was an enlightening discussion and the group agreed that we will extend the BG Virtual Roundtable to a quarterly format,” said Jason M. Bordui, Balanced Growth Founder and President.
